Sweven Estate accommodates up to 10 guests across the main house and private guesthouse, offering exclusive use of the entire estate. A minimum two night stay applies. Check in is from 12:00pm and check out is by 12:00pm.

A one night deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

**Children are welcome. Pets are not permitted. Small private gatherings are permitted with a maximum of 10 people on the property.**

Nightly rates at Sweven Estate are indicative and vary by season and availability. Pricing typically ranges from $5,000 to $5,500 per night.
